There are so many options available now a days to find a work out routine at home at such a low cost. There are thousands of programs and work out videos out there wanting you to spend tons of money on. If you find that you don’t have the time or the money to go to a gym, there is hope! Here are a few of my tips that you can try using for working out at home. I would definitely try these tips before investing your money in some fancy popular work out video set or weight loss program.

  1. Youtube. Have you looked on Youtube? There are seriously tons of FREE videos on there. Search for what you are looking for. Looking for easy ten minute work outs you can do at home? Search it! I have bought work out videos and I have found they are not much different than the Youtube videos I have now searched for.
  2. Find Your Own. Who says you have to follow a specific routine workout? Why not try finding what works best for you and your body? Use your bed, chair, or couch as a base for certain exercises.
  3. Free Trials. Believe it or not there are many programs that offer free trials before you commit to buying. That way you can try them out and see if it will be worth your money to invest.

Here are a couple of current free trials you can try out for yourself and use at home! I love that you don’t have to go to the gym to work out and exercise.

  • Daily Burn is the future of online workouts. Achieve your goals with their variety of workout videos, community support, and more. You can try it free for 30 days. After 30 days you will be charged $12.95 if they don’t cancel their membership.
  • Jillian Michaels’ online program is yours FREE for 7 days! You will not be charged during your 7 day free trial period. After the trial period it the online standard membership is just $4 a week, billed in advance quarterly ($52 at the beginning of each 13 week subscription period). The charge will be applied to the same account you provide at sign-up. You may cancel before your free trial ends at no charge.
