Changes to Snap By Groupon App Starting March 1, 2016

Any Snap by Group app fans? Well there are some changes you may have gotten an email about. Starting on March 1, 2016, Snap will be transitioning from product-specific to retailer-specific promotions. So upload any receipts before February 29, 2016 in order to build up your balance!
How to redeem your remaining balance:
- If you have a current balance of $20 or more, you can request your check in the app or at snap.groupon.com.
- If you have a balance less than $20 on March 1, they will be converting your balance to Groupon Bucks. Instead of rounding up to the nearest $5, they give you the exact amount of your balance in Groupon Bucks and an automatic discount of $5 off your next Groupon purchase!
- For example: If you have $7.75 in a Snap balance on 2/29/2016, you get $7.75 in Groupon Bucks AND a $5 discount on your next Groupon purchase.
During this process, they will be converting your Snap account into a new Groupon account. You can opt out of this conversion by February 29.
