Trick or Treating at the Waterloo Outlet Mall 10/29 Only

Locals you can take your kiddos to the Waterloo Outlet Mall for some Halloween fun.

On Monday, October 31, from 6pm – 8pm Waterloo Premium Outlets has certain participating retailers that will be handing out treats for all costumed children that are ages 13 & under. The participating retailers will have a sign in their window welcoming “treat seekers” to step inside for a Halloween treat.
