At Tops, do I have to purchase 4 brownies in order to get the 4/$5.00 deal? Or can I just buy one for $1.25 and add the $0.35 (doubled) coupon? Thanks.
You can purchase one and still get it for the $1.25 price. Unless the ad specifically states you need to buy x amount to get the sale, you can grab one of them and it will be the sale price!
