Heart Caterpillar Craft for Valentine’s Day

Here is a VERY simple craft you can do with your kids. All you have to do is cut out some colored hearts and have them glue them to some paper! Add letters to their name, legs, and a smiley face!

Items Needed:

Construction Paper
Scissors
Glue
Crayons or Markers

I started out with cutting out some small hearts out of construction paper. I made them all the same size. Then we used a large piece of construction paper and glued these hearts to that paper all in a row to make the body of the caterpillar. I let my kiddos have fun with their crafts and try to have them do most of it. You can make one of the hearts into the head and draw on some antennas and legs on the rest of the body. I then had my kiddos write their name on their heart caterpillars.
