Italian Feta Pasta Salad
There are so many different ways to make a pasta. Wouldn’t you agree? You can add whatever ingredients you love to your pastas! Here I’m going to share a few that I toss into my Italian Salad.
First you will want to boil a box of pasta until al dente and drain well. Rinse in cold water and set aside.
Next you will combine crumbled feta cheese, sliced black olives, mini pepperoni, and cut up broccoli in a bowl. After you have them all in a bowl, you can pour your favorite kind of Italian dressing over it and stir well.
Go ahead and pour in the pasta and toss it all with some additional dressing. A great way to add a little more zest without adding more dressing is to mix in about a half of a packet of dry Italian dressing mix. It gives you the flavor without all the fat.
You can serve immediately, or you can refrigerate for a few hours before serving. If you don’t serve it immediately you may need to add additional dressing because the pasta tends to soak it up a bit. If I plan on serving later in the day I will wait to put the dressing on till I’m ready to serve the pasta.
