Kids Spooktacular Event on 10/29 at Target = FREE Goodie Bags

Target Shoppers on 10/29/16 from 10 am – 1 pm you can head to your local Target for their Spooktacular Event. This event will have free goodie bags and other giveaways.
The kids are encouraged to wear costumes.

Previous years they have had a few stations in stores for kids to visit.
