Yesterday I went to Walgreen because I desperately needed pull ups! I was literally down to one pull up! My husband says don’t you think you are cutting it close? I say well there wasn’t a deal. Lol! 🙂

So off to Walgreens I go, and of course my little one fell asleep so I stopped for a frappe at McDonalds (have you had them?! Loveeee the caramel!). I decided to get a snack wrap only to have them order the new huge wrap that’s $5! But good thing was they are having a promo where you buy a medium or large drink – you get that new wrap free! Score! Lol

Anyways….

The retail cost of my order would have been $65.47
I Paid only $22.47!

And I was expecting to get $5 in balance reward points for purchasing $30 worth participating items and I did not. So I called and wanted to know why. Well… I used $8 in Walgreens coupons (special thanks to my sister in law for finding these at her doctors and sharing them with me!). Those Walgreens coupons brought me total to $29.96!!! Only four cents short or the $30 required amount. I was so bummed! So after a little complaining that was ridiculous the lady on phone credited my account. So… Just goes to show that shopping trips can go not like you plan them!

I also learned that with the Balance Rewards Points you need to split your orders up (like deals with RR’s) in order to get multiple rewards other wise you will only receive one! No wonder I was missing points!! Boo!

*I had $3/1pull ups coupons from house party, $2/1 Walgreens pull up coupon (takes off for every pack you buy), and jelly beans were 75% Easter clearance.
