You can Receive one (1) $10 Visa Prepaid Card when you purchase $30 of Procter & Gamble products in one (1) transaction from a participating Tops. Qualifying purchases must be made 9/21/16 through 12/31/16 and on one (1) original cash register receipt from a participating Tops. These must be postmarked by 1/7/17 and received by 1/21/17.
