I just love the newer layout of the Tops website. I think it is much more user friendly! They have a great new rebate offer for you all. You can get a $15 prepaid visa gift card when you spend $50 on select P&G beauty products. This offer is valid from 11/1/15 to 12/31/15. They do not need to be purchased on one receipt. The rebate applies to price after all coupons and discount. This rebate does not say you need to purchase items at Tops.
