Shrimp Scampi
Sometimes all you need is some inspiration from someone’s Facebook Post 🙂
All I did was cook the spaghetti, and saute the shrimp on the stove (separately of course). I intended on buying the $4.99 Bag of Shrimp at Tops, but I could not for the life of me find it!! Have I mentioned how frustrating shopping has been for me lately??
So I ended up getting some pricey Gorton’s Shrimp Scampi because I really wanted some! I also intended on using those new Campbell’s Skillet Sauces….but nothing is working out for me lately!
At least the dish was yummy! 🙂
