Here are this weeks Simple Menu Planning Ideas based on the sales at Tops Markets thru 10-18-2014. Something that I have seen, but never really paid attention to (until I was telling my father about my Menu Planning Ideas, and he mentioned it to me) was that Tops actually has their own recipes for the week too! Thanks to my father that tip! I will be adding in some of their suggestions for meals as well as my own (and yours too if you share). Here are some of the items on sale at Tops Markets that you can use with these meal ideas, including some coupons available:
