Trick or Treating at the Waterloo Outlet Mall 10/31 Only

Locals you can take your kiddos to the Waterloo Outlet Mall for some Halloween fun.
DATE: 10/31/2019
On Thursday, October 31 6pm-8pm The Seneca County Sheriff Department is handing out cider & donuts at the food court while supplies last. Participating retailers will be handing out treats for all costumed children aged 13 and under. Participating retailers will have a sign in the window welcoming “treat seekers” to come inside for a Halloween treat.
