My First Boxed Order and Review
I finally decided to take the plunge and order online from Boxed. So Boxed is wholesale shopping without the annual membership fees. Since finding out that my local BJ’s Wholesale Club was closing I have been in a mad dash to figure out what I am going to be doing. This is the second store I shop at that has closed recently. Above is everything that I got in my order. I honestly didn’t need a bunch of items but I was really wanting to check this site out so I know for future what I can get. Shopping around online I had a hard time choosing what I wanted. I think I’m still in the sad phase of my club store closing. I needed some snacks and breakfast items for my kids so that’s what I hunted down first. It’s always a challenge for me because I try to find healthier snacks for this kids to have easy access to.
I ended up paying about $52 for all the items above shown. I saved $15 from using someones referral code to sign up. You can too, by using my link here (thanks). I was happy that I got to select two samples from a small list to go with my order. You can find the samples listed here, and they do change. You can also shop all the deals here, which they had a free 7 piece manicure set that I selected as well. So don’t miss out on that page when you are looking to order items.
Overall with my first order from Boxed I’m not as satisfied as I wanted to be. I’m hoping with my next order there will be more items I feel I got a better value for. Currently just off a feeling…I feel as though I paid too much for all these. But, honestly I have not taken the time to price compare much more then I did initially when I was surfing through items and comparing to unit price at my Wegmans. I do like that they offer sales and freebies. I do plan on giving it another try, but will be on the hunt for more options as well.
