This week at Tops Markets they are offering up dollar doubler coupons in the weekly ad or you can print them out here. Here are some deal ideas to help you all maximize your savings. You need to have a minimum of $20 before manufacturers coupons and after all sales and store discounts or coupons to use them, and they can only be paired with $1 off coupons.
